Monday

This past weekend was alright. Saturday was the fishery. Us girls went into town and “shopped.” We got ice cream and went to a few really lame stores. Everywhere in town is kind of gross. We had a big turkey dinner that night with amazing stuffing! Eddie, Meryl and I took a video of us talking like Darth Vader. It’s really funny! Sunday we all got up, hung out. They left about lunch time. Meryl and I drove home. I cleaned and unpacked because Hannah and Rhonda were coming over for the night. They both got dropped off. Hannah and I had gone to rent movies. We hung out, talked to David on the phone. Rhonda and he got into a fight. He and I were texting, and he wanted to know what Hannah thought of him. He likes her. Ugh! Another creeper. Anyway. We made chocolate cake. And then at like 10:30 Harry and Brad show up. We sat in the kitchen talking with them until like 12:15am! Then we sat in Harry’s car for a bit. It was one of the dirtiest conversations ever! But so funny! We went to bed at like 3am.

Today we woke up at 8! Way too early. We had more cake for breakfast, and we found a candy bouquet at the front door. Rhonda left at like 10:30. I took Hannah home. Came back, cleaned, got ready, then she came back over, and we got gas and went to the mall! Tried on crazy awesome clothes. And then came back here. I had a doctor’s appointment. And I got the meningococcal meningitis shot. And I came back home, finished watching My Best Friend’s Girl – good movie – and I took Hannah home again. Yep, good last 24 hours!

Present day me: This entry makes me remember all the things I’d do with my friends. Go to the mall, have guy friends stop by to chat, surprisingly until late at night. The town I was referring to in this entry is the town nearest to the cabin my family had at the time.

Thursday

 Today was a pretty good day at school. We had a potluck lunch! I brought white cheddar pasta roni, Delia brought mac and cheese, Beth brought ramen noodles, we had bread, blueberry muffins, Nutella with rolls, cupcakes and cookies. So good! And we had a Spanish test, which I think I did really good on! Yesterday Bailey and I finally went to Sonic! We got large slushies and large tater tots. She drove and we didn’t go over the curb when we went through the drive thru. Which was a victory! It was her first time going through a drive thru. She did good. Oh! And David has been texting me lately, which is fine. I still want to be friends with him. I gave him Hannah’s number because he asked for it. So, he texted her last night too. I guess he thinks she’s really cute and well who (out of all guys) doesn’t? anyway, I’m glad me and him are friends. I kind of feel like I want to hang out with him again…. maybe. But I don’t know where and when and with who exactly. Who knows… the night before last night Rhonda had a really funny dream about her and Cameron and then me and Nathan. We were in a contest to not touch each other for three hours and we had to stand a foot away from each other and the prize was a night at the  hotel. Nathan and I couldn’t handle not touching each other for three hours so we went away. So, Rhonda and Cameron won. Hannah comes in holding a cat in her arms. Nathan and I come back and told everyone Nathan bought the hotel. Let’s go party there! Hannah said, I want to come! I told her it was couples only. She holds up the cat and said, I have a boyfriend! Meet Ginger! SO FUNNY! Rhonda had another dream that Nelly got pregnant, so she told Rhonda and her first words were, “CAKE AND ICE CREAM!” hahaha yeah. I’ve laughed with Rhonda SO MUCH these past two days. We talked about “pickle” juice today. Pretty great thing to talk about. Haha. G’night!

Sunday 9:05pm

This past weekend was an alright one. Friday night was Andrea’s sweet 16 birthday party. It was a lot of fun! We tried to watch Batman Begins but everyone was talking too much. There were a lot of people there. I got a good number of pictures. I was texting with David the whole time as well. There were some dirty texts. Rhonda sent some. I told him I had some to drink, and he asked me if I would “lose it to him” I said “maybe” he’s like “Maybe?” it was weird. I found out he had been drinking a little bit. So yeah. I told like everyone about David. (All the guys) because David called me, and Brandon talked to him for a bit. Anyway, it was a good raunchy party. I had a lot of fun! Last night I talked to David on the phone a bit from like 11-12. I was almost asleep, and he called me, but he had been at a bar with his dad before, so he was a little out of it. Yeah. That’s about it.

Present day me: I didn’t actually drink at this sweet 16 birthday party. I just told David that to be suggestive. This was a really fun party with everyone getting along and just being silly. Andrea had a house where the basement had a tv and sitting space, as well as a little kitchen and backyard out the side door. It was perfect for us teens to just hang out.

Tuesday

*SCARIEST DAY EVER!*

So, this past Thursday, the 16^th, I was on this website called Speeddate.com and I gave this guy (decent looking) my aim screenname. He’s 18 and said he’s from the town near my cabin. So, I sent him some pics of myself over aim and he sent me some of him…. He then said he really wanted to talk to me on the phone. I gave him my number but only to text me. I told him to call me the next night. I’d be at the homecoming football game for the other high school in town. So that night I texted Tabitha and told her about it. And I was like really freaked out, I couldn’t fall asleep that night. I even had a dream that he came to my house to meet me.

So, the next day I came to school freaked out about him calling me. I told Rhonda about it, and I texted him asking if he could send me a pic of him. He did, it’s not the greatest. That night at the game I texted him asking when he was going to call me.

Him: my phone is dying, so maybe later

Me: how much later?

Him: IDK

Me: I might be with my boyfriend later

Him: Oh okay

Me: What about your girlfriend?

Him: Since when do you have a boyfriend? You were single yesterday

Me: Should I just call you?

Him: No, I’m mad at you. You lied to me.

Me: Okay, whatever you want.

So, I wait a couple hours. I had asked Kyle Cash to be my boyfriend for the night to tell him off. If he did call me. But since he wasn’t calling me, Kyle called him. He pretended to be someone else saying, “Who dis? Where you at?” It was really funny. By the end of the game, I kind of felt bad for treating him like that. So, I texted him.

Me: OMG! I’m so sorry! One of my guy friends had my phone and had sent you all those texts.

Him: Right

Me: I’m serious! I just got my phone back. I’m really sorry.

Then he called me, asked me why my guy friend decided to text him. I said he’s the only person on my list he doesn’t know. Then this stalker said he was in Milwaukee chillen with his buddies. He told me how cool they are except when there’s a drive by. I told him I had to go because I was going to get picked up soon. He didn’t text me until Monday.

Him: Hi

Me: Hey!

Him: What’s up?

Me: Not much, at school. You?

Him: at home

Me: oh fun…

Him: Oh very…

Me: haha so how’s your day been?

Him: good wbu?

Me: eh…it’s been okay.

Him: why just okay?

Me: just been a normal day nothing special.

Him: that’s fun. You wanna hang out after school?

Me: How? Where?

Him: after school and idk where

Me: Oookay…

Him: Yup where you live again lol

Me: (says town name) you’d drive here?

Him: exactly and I’m in (other town) that aint that far at all

Me: Sorry my friend Andrea said I can’t hang out with you

Him: Okay whatever bye

Then he calls me and asks why exactly I can’t hang out with him. I just tell him because my friend said I can’t. He then tells me he’s in my town! Yeah. I asked him where, he said by a high school and grocery store. That’s really freaking close to my house! So, I told him sorry, but I couldn’t today. He hung up, I texted him saying if he worked in his town. He told me to call him if he wanted to talk to him (we were at Tabitha’s house) so I did. He said he’s unemployed. So anyway, he was just being a really big jerk about me not hanging out with him. Tabitha and I talked about it after he hung up and I decided to call Aaron and ask him if he knew this guy. So, like at 5 I called Aaron.

THANK GOD he was home and THANK GOD he knew this guy. He said this guy is a freaky guy. Aaron thought he was gay, and he’s gotten in trouble for sexually assaulting a girl. And this guy has stolen stereos and tv’s out of people’s houses. I told Aaron about my little situation. So, I was like freaking out while I was on the phone with him…. anyway. I cancelled my account on speeddate and took it off of my facebook. I called Tabitha and Rhonda and told them about it. Yeah, and this guy texted me like an hour ago saying, “so your going to ignore me now?” I’m not going to call or text him ever again. And if it gets worse, I’m going to ask one of my guy friends to tell him off. Hopefully he’ll get the hint and just stop contacting me.

Yeah, well my hand hurts.

Present day me: Wow, as a 29-year-old revisiting this entry it makes me laugh but also makes me feel cautious! I was lucky I had friends who were willing to help me in this situation. I knew I didn’t really want to hang out with him, but I also wanted attention from guys. So, this was a learning experience for young, naïve me. I got lucky!

Hey! I stayed at Hannah’s last night along with Rhonda, and Beth. It was fun! On the car ride to her house we called Todd and Rhonda said she was Hannah and he believed it! And Hannah said she was Rhonda. Haha. I had to tell him who I was. We used my phone. When we got to Hannah’s we ate dinner and then went upstairs and took pictures and watched the new DVD she made! It is awesome! Yeah, then we watched movies and just talked. Today we woke up and talked. Beth had to leave kind of early, so it was just us 3. We ended up playing wii! It was so much fun! Then me and Rhonda had to leave at noon. I get home and take a shower and then we go over to the Smith’s for their daughter’s birthday party. Boring! I texted with Delia and Tabitha called me while I was over there. After that we came up here to the lake and Eddie was riding his atv around so then I got to ride on it and Aaron came over and we hung out with him. Aaron showed Eddie the trails he had behind his house. During that I called Rhonda and told her about all this. So, I kept getting atv rides from Eddie and then would talk to Aaron in between rides. It was pretty good. I asked him what he did today and he said he sat in a room and turned the heat up so he’d get hot. Idk??? It sounded weird. And his hair hasn’t grown any yet. Which kind of makes me mad. Because losing the cutie flip with his hair was a bad idea. That’s what I think at least. So, I told him about playing wii this morning and he said he had a wii!! And I told him he should bring it over and he said sure. So, we go inside and wait for 45 minutes. He doesn’t show up so me and Eddie walk over to his house and ask him if he’s coming over and he says no, his parents just got home, and he wants to spend time with them. Hmph. But he added he’ll be over tomorrow. I don’t think he’ll come over. But whatever. He can lie to us all he wants because I officially don’t have a crush on him anymore! But I can still daydream about him, right?
